August 4 saw the grand opening of another section from LVGEM (China)’s LVGEM International Garden Educated Mansion in Huazhou after the first batch of flats opened this April were sold out. A total of 682 flats were launched for sale this time. Among the 639 flats subscribed by prospective buyers. With an average price of RMB 7,245 per square meter, the aggregate transaction amount totaled RMB 369 million.
The opening day was packed with prospective buyers. The flats with a floor area ranging from 78 m2 to 148 m2 were hotly sought after. At the opening ceremony, breathtaking acts were presented and lottery-drawing was organized by LVGEM International Garden to ease the tension.
