The “2018 Mall China’s Spring Festival Reunion Feast & Commercial Trend and Development for Wonderful Living Forum”(「中購聯2018新春聯誼會暨美好生活商業趨勢發展論壇」, organised by China Shopping Centre Development Association of Mall China (「中購聯購物中心發展委員會」) and coordinated by “IRG Road (「銥星雲商」) and Mall China Commercial Education Think Tank(「中購聯商業教育智庫統籌」), was successfully concluded in the afternoon of 17 January 2018. The team representatives from Shenzhen LVGEM Asset Management Co., Ltd. (“LGAM”) was invited to participate in this distinguished event and at which, more than 700 elite executives in the industry, together with the LGAM’s representatives, shared experiences and discussed the crucial attributes of commercial development in 2017 and the trends for commercial development in 2018.
At the ensuing award ceremony, subsequent to Hongwan Zoll Centre, one of the commercial properties of LGAM, Ltd, was honoured with “Mall China Golden Mall Awards 2017 Industry Innovation Award”, Chanson Zoll Centre won the “Mall China Golden Mall Awards 2017 Excellence Upgrade Award”. Ms. Li Xuexia, General Manager of Chanson Zoll, accepted the prize on behalf of the Company.
While the economic environment remains volatile, traditional industries are confronted intensified competition and business risk at urban-level soars. Since its inception, the shopping arcade has drawn widespread attention from all walks of life, primarily from consumption community made of residents from Longhua. “Zoll”, as one of the popular brands in community commerce, basing on the principle, “Maintaining a harmonious community by fostering trust and care among neighbours”, together with the mission, “Facilitating community residents with affinity and creditworthiness”, serves the consumers at large.
In its future path of development, LGAM will particularly distinctively focus on customers’ needs. In 2017, the project team of Chanson Zoll, led by Ms. Li Xuexia, the General Manager of the Chanson Zoll, conducted a preliminary in-depth research and analysis on questionnaire made of feedback collected from customers in the peripheral commercial district, underwent a series of refinements on previous branded projects in joint partnership and implemented system reconstruction on project-based positioning, distribution phototype and operation strategies. Eventually, on 14 January, Chanson Zoll centre was unprecedentedly and promotionally released.
As Chanson Zoll has honourably won the “Excellence Promotion Award”, this certainly reflected the affirmation from the industry peers and consumers on its effort on quality enhancement and transformation.
