LVGEM (China) Real Estate Investment Company Limited has built on the successful sales at phases 1 and 2 of Lakeview Mansion in “Huazhou LVGEM International Garden” by launching phase 3 on 2 December. The latest sales have also yielded remarkable results. The 525 residential units launched are mainly those with gross floor area (GFA) ranging between 85 and 175 square meters each, of which 473 units were subscribed, representing a sell-through rate of approximately 90%. The subscription sales reached over RMB400 million with an average selling price of RMB6,900 per square meter.
On the day of the sales fair, the venue was flooded with enthusiastic home buyers. The high-quality flats sold out entirely. To enliven the sales fair, various performances and lucky draws were held for buyers while they were waiting.
