On July 5th, 2017, Shenzhen LVGEM Real Estate Development Co. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of LVGEM (China) Real Estate Investment Company Limited (SEHK Stock Code: 0095) was awarded the “Shenzhen Real Estate Industry Integrity (Excellent Quality) Enterprise” and came forth among the 13 excellent awarded enterprises; in the meanwhile, LVGEM (China) was ranked among the top 10 of “The Comprehensive Strength in Shenzhen Real Estates Industry” for 7 years consecutively, in “2017 Real Estate Grand Ceremony associated with comprehensive industry rating conference”. The Real Estate Industry Grand Ceremony was jointly organized by Shenzhen Real Estate Association, Urban Planning, Land & Resources Commission of Shenzhen Municipality and Housing and Construction Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality, which is the largest and the most influential high-end real estate industry interactive platform. The selections focus on 871 Real Estates Enterprises in Shenzhen, by evaluating their operation performance, development strength, economic strength, society devotion, brand management and other factors and came up with this rating conclusion.
